FAQ

Recently I have received a lot of feedback, did not receive any information about the order after purchasing the product.I checked the store’s settings and tested it myself. It worked well together. I don’t know where the problem occurred. If you also encounter this situation, please take the initiative to contact me via email or SMS.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

If the order is cancelled more than 12 hours after the order is placed, a 5% handling fee must be charged.(please forgive! Even if I refund you, the bank will charge me a transaction fee for this amount due to the transaction)

HOW TO APPLY:

*Before applying press-on nails make sure your natural nail is clean and has no nail polish. Use the alcohol wipe provided or acetone to remove oil residue for long lasting results. *

1. Select the correct sizes by aligning  nail with the sides of your natural nail. If the nail is too small some of your natural nail will show. Choosing a smaller size is perfectly fine as long as it’s comfortable. If the nail is too big it will go past the sides of your natural nail bed. Reshape sides if needed (rarely necessary)

2. Clip or file your nails as short as possible so they don’t peek out from under the press-on.

3. File the surface of your nails. This will create a better grip between the press-on and the glue.

3. Place a drop of glue on both your nail and the press-on nail.

4. Let glue tack up for 5 seconds then align the press on nail slightly under your cuticle. Using your thumb, press the nail down very firmly.  The more pressure the better. Ensure pressure is being applied to the entire nail. Hold for 25 seconds, the longer the better. Done!

REMOVAL: The nails will not come off alone in water, however, we highly recommend soaking them in the hottest water you can comfortably stand for a few minutes prior to removal. This helps soften both the  nail and your natural nail making removal easier and safer.  Alternating between each side of the press on nail, gently lift. The nail will literally “pop-off” when light pressure is applied if ready.

You can also use a backup press on nail to pop the nails off.  This can help un-bond any areas still stuck together. You can remove the nails at any time if needed.  Removal is easy, fast, and painless.  Simply store your nails away to reapply later. Never force remove, it could cause very minor, fixable damage.

WILL THESE DAMAGE? No, unlike drugstore products, our glue is specially formulated to dissolve as you wear it so there is no damage or glue residue left behind when removed properly. The amount of glue applied determines how long the nails will stay on. As long as the nails are not forced removed you will have zero damage.

GLUE INGREDIENTS: Ethyl Cyanoacrylate, Polymethyl, Methacrylate, BHA

NAILS WON'T STAY ON: We promise, more glue will fix the issue. Please read the instructions before applying to help ensure your nails will last as long as possible!

NAILS WON’T COME OFF: Never force remove the nails. Doing so could leave minor, but fixable damage. The only time nails are difficult to remove is when they are being removed prematurely. This means they are being forcibly removed on purpose or over gluing occurred during the application.  Over gluing can be accidental, it just means the amount of glue applied will keep the nails on longer than you originally intended.  In either case, we recommend keeping the nails on for a few more days before attempting to properly remove again. If nail length is the reason you want to remove the nails sooner due to work or personal preferences,  nails can be clipped and filed to reach your desired length in seconds.

SOME NAILS POPPED OFF: No reason to stress :) If nails are coming off before others it is because the glue application to each nail was not consistent. Simply add more glue to your natural nail, a bit to the back of the  nail then re-apply.

GLUE RESIDUE: If your nail has glue build up from where your natural nail tip was, simply use a cuticle or nail clipper to clip it off - and done!  You can also use something stiff to push it off. Build up is caused from over-gluing which is totally okay. If you have a little glue residue on your natural nail, simply use the buffer included to remove and restore.

HANDMADE nails use Acrylic Or Gel?

All of our nail sets are made with high quality gel tips as well as 4-5 coats of quality gel polish depending on the design. We will also use builder (hard) gel to encapsulate designs or for those who want a thicker nail. Our tips alone do not bend like traditional press ons which make them last for a few wears! 💖
